Paul is a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and has experience in complex cross-border public and private M&A transactions. He earned his JD from Pace University School of Law and his BA from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to becoming an attorney, Paul lived and worked in Japan.
