Ticket Information
Patron tickets for the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Competition are available for purchase by mail order only beginning March 1st of each year. Tickets are various prices per person and will admit you for all four nights of the competition. The Miss Tennessee Scholarship Competition is held at the Carl Perkins Civic Center in Jackson, Tennessee. The Competition begins on the third Wednesday in June. Franchise Information
A licensed franchise agreement is required to conduct a local Competition in order to select a candidate to compete in the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Competition. The franchise fee is $400.00. In addition, it is recommended that a minimum $500.00 cash scholarships must be awarded to the winner and the runners up. All local Competitions must be held before March 15th. Scholarships
The scholarship fund is based on a rich scholastic tradition which has been the cornerstone of the Miss America program since 1945. Today, educational achievements and public service continue to be the primary objectives for the Miss America and the Miss Tennessee organizations. In 2001, the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Foundation, Inc. awarded over $100,000.00 in cash scholarships to our participants. There are many levels of participation available to businesses and individuals who wish to support the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Foundation.
